Fast MTF, Distortion and Telecentricity Measurement

OptiBench is an efficient and fast measurement tool for nearly all relevant aberrations like distortion, telecentricity errors and MTF.
Quality control on imaging optics has been a rather time consuming task with a demand for highly skilled personal - now it is ready for easy use in laboratory and series production surroundings. Moreover, on-line corrections to fine tune a lens is possible.

MTF STAR - Testing lenses in projection

New and exiting system - the MTF Mouse in combination with the software MTF Star will push your old projection system into a high standard MTF and color measuring tool.
The system offers
- visual inspection wile projecting the target
- take measurements on MTF and color aberration

Measuring fitting and lens radii via interferometer

We do have our inhouse Twyman green interferometer FISBA HR II plus to check your lenses and systems using the technique of wavefront measurement.

Evaluation of optical systems via
Double Pass Test

This is a physically different measurement technique towards the MTF via our OptiBench.
Ths is the evaluation to take if diffraction limit results are important!

Our Testbench with Chrosziel collimator

With this collimation bench we are abel to check the back focal flanch of a system within 5 µm.

T Stop measuring bench

We our utility we are able to evaluate the T Stop of lenses.
It is a very accurate measurment while the T Stop is compared to a calibrated known lens.
Our staff now works on a solution that will have more possibilities, as T stop vs the image position and T stop vs wavelength.
