Telecentric lens TZ8-0.75-40-90
Very soon it was clear to us that we could not realize a normal system within 8 weeks with that parameters. So we got the idea of designing a rather simple system with a front mirror on it to get a bit more of length and the optical parameters got much easier to handle. And this was the solution - a very compact telecentric lens.
The customer could integrate it in his machine vision application.
At the front of the lens you can see a protection window to save the lens from dirt, scratches or whatever.
This example shows a typical solution for a customer problem - the customer is looking for something special that is not off the shelf available.
As there is only few time, a rather simple solution has to be done. From our long experience we could do a very rapid development, manufacturing the lens within 8 weeks from lens design to prototype.
