Ultra precision assembly of lenses in our cleanroom
These tools are a laser centration measurement and assembly station, our lens test bench, spectral photometers, a visual inspection room with a test projector and others. As a result of the enforcement to do all evaluation work quick and effective,
we designed some of this systems ourselves.

Laser cutting system
With our Lasersystem we are able to do quick job on cutting and writing
for samples prototypes and even small series.
Rapid 3D printing
With our in-house 3D printer we can produce very fast functional models in the FDM process of durable ABSplus plastic directly from CAD models. Within a few hours it is possible to create complex models with an accuracy of 0.1 mm and a size of up to about 20 cm x 20 cm x 30.5 cm in different colors.
With upcomming enforcement to quickly show that a new idea is working, and to keep the special know how inhouse we invested in inhouse CNC-technique to do the most critical things for lens prototyping and smaller series in house. So IB/E OPTICS does the mechanical components for your system.
The only way to get centered systems
Allows testing and assembling of optical components with a laser reflective utility. A special written software imports ZEMAX data and delivers the position of the reflex spot of each single surface.
A quick way to evaluate your lenses
a quick and nearly fully automated one shot test of
your lens. Evaluation of distortion, telecentricity, other aberrations and MTF. Rectifying your image with high accurracy lens data.
