So we have tied a tight network of specialized lens manufacturing companies to offer you a optimized quality in any field we need for the customers task.
The optical elements and mechanical parts are spezified through IB/E OPTICS technical drawings. Well selected suppliers deliver the lens element and then the integration und measuring of the single components and final systems take place at IB/E OPTICS.
Our cooperation means an effective and fast implementation of your development idea, short delivery times, fair prices and professional realization by qualified Opticians, Technicians and Engineers.
But with upcomming enforcement to quickly show that a new idea is working, and to keep the special know how inhouse we invested in inhouse CNC-technique to do the most critical things for lens prototyping and smaller series in house.
So IB/E OPTICS does the mechanical components, the high precision assembly and the evaluation on your systems!

Production Facilities



Quick prototyping is a challange and we can realize it on our inhouse CNC-equipment.
CNC-turning machine with X-, Z- , driven C-axis and moving tools
allows to produce the most common mechanics in the field of lenses to be realized.
Max. Ø 120 mm in diameter and 200 mm in length can be machined.
DMG - 3 axis milling combined with CAD/CAM software allows quick prototyping of illumination structures for aspherical, uncommon shaped surfaces and even lens arrays in plastic.
With partners...
also diamond turning parts are possible. We have realized aspherical and even diffractiv surfaces with at least RMS 20 nm surface roughness on plastic or NE metall (Cu;MS)...
With FH Deggendorfs REM station or white light interferometer we do have the chance to observe and evaluate the roughness of the machined surfaces.
Delivery time of 2 weeks is possible. This allows quick and free creation of complex opto-mechanical setups.
