Design & Development
Our primary core competency is designing and developing optical and machine vision solutions anywhere they are required.
We have a highly trained team of optical and mechanical engineers, optical designers, draftsman and women - so your project will be in the best hands from the first idea to the final product.
This is the field in which the company started 1992 and is still the key element for all the work and success of IB/E.
IB/E may have grown and be proud to be able to manufacture and assemble ideas in-house but the core of everything is still the designwork and the close work with every client.
Assembly
All IB/E products are assembled in our cleanroom. Just mechanical preliminary work is done in our assembly hall like lacquering of the scales or lenses, or pre-assembly and adjustments of mechanical parts.
Everything else is handled in our sealed cleanroom. Just trained personell is allowed to work in there with the right clothes.
So rest assured your lenses leave IB/E the best way possible!
Evaluation
As a company that is known for high quality and high precision, we just want the best products to leave our hands.
That is why we have have the best measurement tools and just the best trained personell for this job.
If needed we also build our own measurement systems like the O–Tool, a MTF centering bench, or a measure bench for evaluating the image jump on the lenses, to get the best quality of all products for our customers.
